Welcome to my website!

I'm Havi Ellers, and I'm currently a pure math PhD student at the University of Michigan! My primary interests are in algebra, and currently I'm leaning towards representation theory but I'm not sure what flavor yet. I graduated from Harvey Mudd College in spring 2020 with a BSc in mathematics, and a concentration in Japanese and Linguistics. During my time at Mudd I also participated in three summer research programs, the WADE Into Research REU at Wake Forest University in 2017, the Texas A&M REU in Number Theory in 2018, and the Fields Undergraduate Summer Research Program (FUSRP) at the Fields Institute in Toronto in 2019. Outside of math I love to read and bake, take photographs, ostensibly play piano, and have been a gymnast for most of my life. I hope you enjoy my website, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
